This agreement remains valid until all your active subscriptions under it expire or are terminated by you or Idaratech ("the term"). If you use the services during a free trial and do not purchase a subscription before the trial period ends, this agreement will terminate at the end of the trial period. Paid subscriptions begin on the payment date (if paid by credit card) or the date of the invoice sent to you (if manually invoiced) and continue for the period you selected upon registration ("the initial term"). The subscription will automatically renew thereafter ("auto-renewal").

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be given for any payments already made. Cancellations must be made exclusively by sending an email to: admin@IdaraTech.me.

Idaratech reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time in the event of a material breach by you, if not rectified within 30 days of being notified via email. In case of non-payment (including when credit card charges fail), Idaratech may suspend your access to the services immediately and terminate the agreement if not rectified within 30 days of notice.

Idaratech may also reduce, suspend, or terminate your access to the services without liability, after giving you 30 days' notice, if:

• You do not agree to significant modifications to this agreement, or
  
  

• You have not logged in or used the services for 180 days or more for paid accounts, or 15 days or more for trial accounts.

In all cases of termination, you are responsible for downloading your data during the notice period to avoid losing it, particularly in cases of non-payment.
