Delete your data

Introduction

Idaratech CRM lets businesses send and receive WhatsApp messages. This page explains how to ask for that data to be deleted.

1. If your business connected WhatsApp to Idaratech CRM

  1. To stop Idaratech's access, a CRM Admin disconnects WhatsApp in the CRM under Settings โ€บ Integration โ€บ WhatsApp. You can also remove Idaratech in Facebook under Settings โ€บ Business integrations.

  2. To delete the data, email [email protected] from the account owner's email, with the subject "Delete WhatsApp data" and your company's workspace name. We delete the WhatsApp messages, media, contacts and connection details we hold for your business, and confirm by email.

2. If you messaged a business that uses Idaratech CRM

That business controls your conversation, so ask it to delete it. You can also email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my WhatsApp data", your mobile number and the business's name. We pass your request to the business and help it act on it.

Messages also stay on your phone and in the business's WhatsApp account at Meta; those are deleted in WhatsApp.

We reply to every request within 30 days.
