• Payroll & Finance: Payroll summaries and employee payslips

• Employees: Directory and employee data reports

• Integrations: Muqeem and related compliance reports

Each report includes on-demand exports, clear date filters, and a consistent layout for faster, more intuitive reporting.

2. Automated Email Delivery

No more manual downloads. Reports can now be sent automatically by email on a weekly or monthly basis to HR, Admin, and Owner roles. Automation is enabled by default for existing clients, ensuring reports always arrive on time without the extra effort.

3. Dynamic Column Selection

Customize your reports to match your KPIs. Before exporting, you can choose which columns to include in each CSV, giving HR teams flexibility and focus. The Export Report button activates only after at least one column is selected, ensuring precision and consistency in your data exports.

4. Role-Based Access for Compliance

Every organization needs secure and role-aware reporting. Data visibility in the Reporting Module adapts to each user’s role: HR Admin, HR Manager, or Owner, ensuring compliance with privacy and access policies.
